As a GYG Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen and customer experience. You'll prepare our fresh ingredients daily, serve customers with energy and warmth, and keep our restaurant running smoothly. No experience required — we'll train you from day one.

Shift Supervisor

Sydney, NSW 38 hrs/week Competitive + Penalties

Lead a team of crew members across busy service periods, ensuring every GYG guest receives an exceptional experience. You'll manage opening and closing procedures, coach team members on the floor, and uphold our quality and safety standards across every shift.

  • Minimum 1 year hospitality or retail supervisory experience

Restaurant Manager

Sydney CBD Full-Time Salaried $75,000–$90,000 + Super

Take full ownership of a GYG restaurant and lead your team toward operational excellence. You'll be responsible for P&L, team development, food standards, and creating a culture where both staff and customers love to be. A hands-on role with genuine autonomy and a direct line to senior leadership.

  • 3+ years restaurant or QSR management experience
  • Demonstrated P&L accountability and cost management
  • RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificates required

Marketing Coordinator

Delivery Driver

Sydney Metro Casual / Flexible Hourly + Per Delivery

Deliver freshly made GYG orders across the Sydney metro area and represent our brand with every doorstep interaction. This is a flexible casual role suited to those who enjoy independence, know the city well, and take pride in getting food to customers at its very best.

  • Valid Australian driver's licence (car or motorbike)

Digital Content Creator

Sydney / Remote 20 hrs/week $35–$45/hr

Create scroll-stopping content for GYG's digital channels, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop food-focused creative that captures the spirit of our brand and drives real engagement from our community across Australia.

  • Proven portfolio of short-form video content
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms
  • Food photography skills are a strong advantage
